pro 96 scanner

scanner shows lockout -0-9
I got the scanner to upload
I went to radio shack page to pro 96 scanner
it said to push in search func locl out then func the # 6 key
it didn't do anything

Try to download the program and see if it the same as what you uploaded. Please try to use full words. Not sure what locl is and it would be easier for my old brain to figure out how to help you.
