Pro 96 Toronto Freq's

I am planning on buying the programming cable as I have been made aware it makes life much easier however I’d like to check with members to see if anyone can help first.
I need someone with a pro 96 and a cloning cable that is willing to clone theirs to mine. I am looking to have all Toronto police & fire along with GTA OPP.

Willing to buy a lunch/coffee in exchange.
