Pro 96 up grading DSP program update problem.

If you can not get your computer com link to see your Pro 96,Go to Driver Detective to update the drivers,It found a Driver ,and com 3 was connected to my Pro 96.Downloaded Pro 96 update.My Computer is a HP BLACK BIRD 002,with VISTA.I had to buy an adapter-USB 2.0 to RS232 serial Adapter,at Fry's(Cablesunlimited.com)$20.00.Vista program tried to find a driver.Connect Adapter and Pro 96 transfer cable together, plug into USB port and Pro 96,Driver Detective will see it,Download driver if not done by auto load program.I'll bet you the Driver Detective updates could solve other transfer data problems.CURIO,2.32am,2.18.09 San Jose California.20 plus years Scanning.
