PRO-96 Volume

I have had problems with my new 96. It was never as loud as my old PRO-95, and even with the volume up all the way, it's hard to hear sometimes even in a quiet room.
Any help, or anyone else with this problem?

Take it back and get a new one I can hear mine from the other end of the house when it is up all the way.

Just take it back and talk to them if you have, had it less then 30 days they will have give you a new one and if they don't, tell them they have to its 30 days satisfaction guarantied, and you are not happy and they also have a 1 year limited warranty, and it is now limited, very limited that you are happy with your 96 or there product , talk to them, they will want to keep you happy, a return customer is a good customer a unhappy customer will tell all of his friends not to shop at rat shack.
