Hello all,
I am reluctant to open my pro 97 up to add a tap and theres no way in he!! that i a can build a slicer. I do the APT/WXTOIMG, and program through my computer. I tried the ACARS but couldnt really figure it out. My question to you all out there is, is there anything else i can do with my computer and scanner? I am in a funk where listening to a scanner is becoming a bit boring (yes shame on me), and was wondering if there is anything out there that i can do with my computer/scanner as a pair? I have an MPT-1327 trunking system in my area but dont have a computer controlled scanner to use with it. To me it seems a shame to let my scanners collect dust while i spend time getting interested in listening again. I would like to try diffrent things, and at the moment cant really think of anything else that i can do with it. Any info or experiments would be appreciated. Thanks!!
