Pro 97 and Win97 software

I am very new to this scanning stuff and need some basic help on how to load my scanner with Toronto Police. Fire and Ambulance. Can anyone send me a file I could load. I have downloading the software but I have no idea waht to do.....help someone please

Toronto is a very big system & will take a lot of time to load. I would suggest becoming a donating member of radioreference for 5 bucks which enables you to load systems directly to win97 right from this site.
