Pro-97 Channel Cloning - Is It Possible?

I have an EDACS trunk programmed in bank 2 (9 logical frequencies and 130 fleet ids with text). Can I copy the channels from bank 2 to bank 3 and duplicate all the trunk info? I would like to delete fleet ids from the new bank 3 and make it "closed". I know I can turn sub-banks on/off but I would like to just scan bank 3 only at times. I dont have the programming cable, I enter everything from hand.

I know of no way of doing what you want to do without the cable and software. Sorry.
