Pro-97 Displays ??? On Some Channels

On my Pro-97 scanner, on some broadcasts, it will display three question marks next to the ID# on the bottom row of the display on some transmissions. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

It's been about a year since I've turned on the scanner and I don't remember it doing this before.

I see that I am missing some talk groups. I am trying to add them in Win97 but i don't see a way to add new ones to the list. Mine ends on #29 and I want to add a new one. How do I insert a new row?

Use the selectors to the left of the talkgroup "grid". Each selects a "sub-bank" of talkgroup IDs (5 in each bank, 30 talkgroups per "sub-bank").
