PRO-97 EDACS Questions

Hi all, I have a Radio Shack PRO-97 I have programed my local police channels into it. Is there anyway I can listen to a specific EDCAS channel without scanning and waiting for one to become active....thanks....Remington

If you're talking about a specific Talk Group, just program in that talk group and put the bank in the closed mode, and you'll only hear traffic on that talk group.

i tried something similar to that, I have several talk group ID's programmed, and hit "closed mode" while my BC-396 would hear them, my 97 would not.

Do not mix and match Uniden and GRE scanners - closed mode is GRE - Uniden has ID search amd ID scan modes.
