Pro 97 Ohio MARCS

I have a pro-97 scanner and i'm having the hardest time programming the Ohio M.A.R.C.S. system into the unit. I cannot receive any voice communications. This has been a nightmare! Is there anybody that can help me solve this?

Sorry 302 dude, you will need a Digital scanner to receive the MARCS system, your Pro97 is an analog scanner.
