Pro-97 programming for Frederick Cty

Hello,

I have a pro-97 and live in Frederick Cty. I have programmed my scanner from this site and used both SC-lite and Win-97. I was wondering if anyone out there had a win-97 or SC-lite file they would like o share. I feel as I'm not getting everything I could get from my scanner and have no idea what to look for. I get the FD and State Police and Sheriff's is there anything else?

Any help you can give would be great

Did you look in our database? As a premium subscriber you can pull data directly into win97. Trash that Scancrap Lite Less - it pales in comparison, from what I've been told.

If you put up a decent antenna you would also have a front row seat to the various Combat Air Patrol and Guard Dog CAP (when the Prez is at Camp David). We have those freqs in our Wiki. Just be careful with the antenna - too much, and overloading is a real possibility (particularly on VHF hi - there've been numerous messages about this). Filters can be had from places like PAR electronics to help nail that problem. 73s Mike

There is a text based file floating around with some of TinEar's (the one who started the milcom forum here) frequencies from his over a dozen radios. Frederick City Police is encrypted which means you will not hear them.

True but the County (which I think is what he means when abbreviating 'Cty') isn't 73s Mike

Everyone thank you for the replies. Yes I was looking for County things I know the local PD can't be heard. I just want to make sure I'm getting the full use of my Pro-97. I still have 3 open banks in the scanner.
