Pro-97 Question / Help

I purchased a 97 about middle of the summer, I am now beginning to notice that my local pd/fd freq in the 155 - 470 range no longer picks up, but I am able to hear the mil air 269 mhz freq and also able to hear some ham 146 freq, has anyone else experienced this.

Since you suspect a problem in VHF hi band, can you pick up a weather channel (at 162.xxx) OK? That might help narrow down your problem. Also, the signals such as Ham that you are picking up, are they CLOSE? Perhaps it is the dreaded antenna connector wire disconnection problem.
