Pro 97 Question

Just a quick question as I couldnt find anything stating that the Pro 97 supports control channel mode. Im curious if the 97 actualyl does support jsut programing in the control channels or do I have to program them all assocaited with that site....

"Your PRO-97 automatically calculates Motorola voice
channel frequencies when it decodes the control channel.
This eliminates the need to enter all the Motorola group
frequencies."

Thanks for the reference to the page # in the .pdf...I would of refered to it if I had it ;)
but means I didnt I figured the next best thing to the manual would be tapping the expertise of members like your self....

Gadzooks! Is that to say that it WILL do APCO25 and STARNET?

Jon, I think that's just a PR guy's way of writing that the Pro-97 does "control channel only". It won't do APCO-25. It would, of course, handle STARNET until somebody does actually start using digital radios on the system (from the various STARNET posts, that's apparently not the case right now, at least from what I've read).
