Rebooted my scanner and it comes back up with all channels locked out. How can I restore scan to the scanner? Thanks in advance.

If the message was "nothing to scan", would that make it more understandable? That's what the scanner is telling you. If there are no banks enabled, simply press the number of the bank to toggle it on/off. However, if nothing is programmed into the bank and/or all channels within the bank are locked out, it won't get you any further.
You might try pressing MAN 0 0 0 MAN. This will park the scanner on the first channel. Is is programmed? If so, is it locked out? To unlock press L/O. Next press UP, DOWN or MAN to go through the channels. Often these scanners completely lose their programming and you'll need to re-download (or manually program).

Thanks gmclam. New to scanning, found out that there was no frequencies programmed in the banks. Thanks for the help.
