I noticed on one of my downloads all the Lat Long settings to use the GPS are way off. I remember a while ago being able to click on Google Maps in the Location Settings in the Edit box and reposition the center. Now Google Maps will not open. Any help appreciated!

Google Maps now requires developers to use https vs http, developer's key, & not a depreciated google maps version so that's why it doesn't work with freescan.

Historically, Google has had trouble with lat/lon in their mapping. I remember when San Francisco was located about halfway between the mainland coast and Hawai'i, at least that's what the map showed.
