pro106 signal stalker

ive locked out a lot of freqs on my 106, using the signal stalker.......how do i unlock them????

Press PGM then F3 (GLOB) to enter the Global Settings Menu.
Press down to locate SRCH L/Outs then press SEL/ENT.
Press to locate the frequency then press F3 (Del) to unlock.
Press F1 (Save) to exit.

thanks-it was under the
func-scan =sweeper
then lockout the freqs under spc l/or SPCL

which one does not display locked out freqs?
