hello . I have a pro 197digital trunking scanner.here is my question, the state of Vermont has gone to what they call vtac,this is what is written on the freq, paper vtac.10 , rxfreq 155.7525 ,txfreq,simplex 156.7. I believe these are digital freqs? is it also says vhf channel. then there is uhf channel ucal40 rx freq 453.2125 then txfreq4582125 and txctcss 156.7** tell me what I need to program in and how do I do it i have programed the rest of the channels but this part has me confused . thaks for your help

The VCALL/UCALL/VTAC, etc all operate on conventional analog. That means you would program them in as a CONV for the Pro-197. You basically should program the RX frequency (generally it's hard to monitor the TX frequency) for what you want to hear and possibly the CTCSS/PL (156.7) tone if you are prone to hearing interference). The CTCSS stuff should be found under the labels Sq Mode and CTCSS Hz if you are programming by hand.
