Pro2035/2042 10 Segment LED S Meter

Has anyone ever installed(i know someone out there has) one of those 10 segment LED S Meter mods like for the 2006 into a Pro2035 or Pro2042? If so I am looking for the tap point for the signal strength. I thought I had a service manual for the 2042 but I can not seem to find it. Any info on this would be appreciated especially if you have a picture you could post or send. TIA.....

Thanks, but I have that info and it does not help me. I need the physical connection point on the 2042 pc board. The 2006 that point is TP5 but the 2042 has no TP5. I read Bucko's post regarding using the anode of D34 for his older style s meter but that does not seem to work for this 10 segment LED s meter application.

Come on folks - someone out there must know something. So far I have seen several s meter mods on the web and some say D34 Anode and other say D34 cathode. These parts are real small so even if I positive ID the part I will still need to know which side is the anode and cathode.

OK - Problem solved. Anode of D34 is the hook up point but its a real PITA to find.
