Now that the re-banding is in place, you need to subtract 15MHz from the old freqs. and enter them into your scanner.
After doing that, it will seem to be trunking, but it will not pick up two of the new freqs., 851.3 and 851.85 because they are not in the standard band plan in the scanners firmware. Newer scanners can be re-programmed to add custom band plans but, unfortunately, the PRO-433 and PRO-528 can not.
But before you rush out and buy a new scanner, there is a work-around that will allow you to hear most everything.
Put in the 4 control channels as MOT and put in 851.3 and 851.85 as FM (conventional channels). Be sure delay is off.
When the system is busy you may miss parts of conversations.
