does anyone kno how to make the pro528 radioshack scanner stop going crazy when the police uses the radios in asecure statuswhich makes the scanner make alot of scratchy noises.is there some kind of decoding frequency or some way to of being able to hear what they say in secure mode ? im new at this so plz bare with and help me if poss. thanx
