PRO668 error message

On a new PRO 668 when you push the weather icon button and get NWS, then you push it again to revert to scanning and get a message: "Contact RS Service error 01" and the radio locks up (no rx,no key function) pulling a battery resets the radio .

On the PSR-800 two pushes on the WX toggles between NWS and SkyWarn - SW ScanList. Check to see if that SL is activated (should be last available ScanList). May be your issue.
