Being new to this type of scanner, certain aspects to programming it can be confusing. The manual that came with the 668 is not much help in figuring things out.
I downloaded and printed the manual for the GRECOM PSR-800, it is a lot more in depth and explains the features of the radio much more clearly. There are some differences in the feature names such as scanlist/playlist but overall this manual is very informative.
There are also a few youtube videos on programming the PSR-800, some go over the EZ scan software, it helped me in using the PC application.
