PRO92 Programing issue

My PRO92 will not accept frequency 170.3875. Win92 won't accept it either. I don't understand why. Can someone please explain it to me? They both default to 170.3900. Other frequencies with 4 numbers don't round up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The PRO 92 only supports 5 kHz steps in the 148-174 MHz band, so it's rounding your frequency to the closest one it can actually synthesize.

VHF Hi: 148-174 MHz (in 5 kHz steps)

The third digit to the right of the decimal point will be either 0 or 5 and the fourth digit will always be 0.
This reflects the band plan at the time this radio was manufactured.
