Pro95 -Austin Condor vs RS 800Mhz

Is Austin Condor antenna a better antenna receiving FM frequencies in the 100.xxx - 400.xxx range in comparison to the RS 800Mhz ducky? It's advertised to receive 100 - 1300Mhz, whereas the RS 800 doesn't specify lower ranges below 800 even though they are received.

I have both the RS and Condor. The RS always worked well for me on both 800 and VHF. I haven't been impressed with the condor. I think it's performance is the same or only slightly better than the stock Uniden antenna.
