pro96 rebanding

will I be able to bring my pro96 scanner to radioshack and have them set it for rebanded trunk systems when it comes time.otherwise I havent a clue what to do? thanks for answering

AlabamaRS answered your question with that link. The info states that it requires Win96 software and I doubt if any RS personnel will have nor know what to do.

You can also use ARC96 to reprogram the Motorola tables, ARC96 has the new rebanded tables preprogrammed.

Most Radio Shack stores have a custom version of Scancat Lite and will not be able to program the scanner for what you need to do. There are some of us at Radio Shack that can assist you but we are few and far between. Check with your local store to find out if there is a "Scanner Guy" in your area or if they can recomend one. You could also go to the state forum and try to get assistance their also.
