Will my Radio Shack Pro-96 work with the new SmartNet for Sacramento Co. and if so, what do I need to do I need to reprogram the correct frequencies. I do have the USB cable already. Thanks,

Yes it will track the rebanded Sacramento system. Check the wiki pages or California forum for details.

I just updated a Pro-96 for Sacramento. I used the latest version of Win96 to enter the rebanded trunking tables. See the Wiki entry for the Pro-96 for details.
