Can anyone confirm whether this scanner will copy Calgary Police and Alberta RCMP?

In Alberta RCMP seems to just be using ctcss tones ( in capital region) so you should be good for that. I have never done anything with Motorola trunked systems but you should be able to scan some things in Calgary.

The PRO96 will handle RCMP at the present time and Calgary Police, also for the time being.

When the AFRRCS network goes live, the PRO96 will be less useful, as it has no 700 MHz coverage.
