PRO96/WIN96 Problem

While trying to download Trunked Frequencies from RR I get the following message in a Blue Box

RRLIB:: Get TRS_System_Full
There is a error in XTML Document (1,1291)

Anyone else had this problem and how do I correct it?

I am trying to download Bryan/Brazos County in Texas
