prob setting up live feed

i am having a prob setting up my live feed ive downloaded scanner cast and did all the configs and it's say thats it sending ok to sever and the status is online but i cant hear anything please help

Have you verified that you are getting audio from your scanner into the feed computer?

Listen to it on the feed computer's speakers as a test.
