Problelms with Shoutcast feed.

Does anyone out there know how to contact Shoutcast? I am having a problem picking up the sound on the Wichita Ks police scanner. The timer ticks down like it usually did, but now no sound. I contacted Winamp and they said it was a Shoutcast problem and to contact them, but I cannot find a place on their site to do that. Please help if you can. Thank You.

If there's no audio, it's most likely something at where the stream is being run. Sometimes people have their audio screw up, or they have something come unplugged. Try e-mailing whoever runs it.

Thank you, I know the problem is at the shoutcast site. My problem is, I cannot find a link to the people who run it. I'm hoping someone will know how to contact them.

Is the stream being relayed by the shoutcast site, or just being listed on it? If it's listed, Nullsoft has nothing to do with loss of audio.

That's a good question AL42. The answer is I really don't know if shoutcast is relaying signal or just listing it. I will find out that when and if ever get a way to contact them.
