problem in colorado/dtrs basalt

what am i missing in bank 1 ch 3 i have col dtrs glenwood -868.900
was working great for last 3 months

now i dont pick up anything/ havnt changed anything

i entered same thing into bank 1-ch 101
works like a champ
getting same read out
but traffic from id 00023
and 4c csp 8101

any ideas of what ive done wrong to the first bank---that was working????
