What am I doing wrong? I have been a member of RR for 3 years now and when I try to load or update my BCD996T as I did always, I cannot connect--My premium acct is up to date...Help?
There was an update to the Web service a number of months ago that required software changes...you might need an updated version of whatever software you were using.
