Problem scanning only 1 conventional channel bcd436

Hello I don't know too much about scanning so I'll do my best with my description, I have Essex county fire mutual aid programed and it comes in clear as day when it's on "hold" but as soon as i start to scan the channel doesn't come in at all. Now I made sure it wasn't "avoided" so that's not the issue but any suggestions would be great, I haven't noticed this on any other channel.

I'd check to see that you have the correct services enabled in the settings menu. It could be you have the service category disabled and scanning is skipping the channel.
