problem with acarsd

Hello all...On a whim I decided to try my hand at decoding ACARS and I have had some success with the WACARS program so far but I'd like to try ACARSD. I installed the program but then when I click on setup.exe I get a "tcl84.dll not found" error. Does anyone know a solution to this or am I just doing something wrong?

Extract the files in a zip to a folder and then run installer.exe from that folder and should work from there. Once the installer window is open at the top left you'll see the Configuration / Installation menu. Click it and go through there and set everything up, once done in the same menu click on Install acarsd now, navigate to the folder you installed it to and run acarsd and you're up and running.

Oh and while I'm at it... Does anyone have a north east usa (including pennsylvania) map and coordinates or a link to instructions on how to make one? I've been googling all over and haven't had any luck
