Problem With Pro-97 Trunking

I an trying to monitor a UHF (460 MHZ) Motorola Smartnet Type II trunked system. There are three base frequencies. I can enter eveything into the scanner just fine, but the darn thing will not allow me to program a base offset of anything lower than 380. So I can monitor the sytem when it is working off the frequencies of the first base frequencies, but nothing else. I need to be able to enter lower offsets. Any ideas? Radio Shack support has yet given me an answer.

Anything lower than 380 is reserved for mobile transmit frequencies and has no use for a receiver. Mobile receive is 380-759. Anything else is useless for a scanner. Recheck your source.
