Problem with Pro95-help!

I just received a Radio Shack Pro-95 Scanner, and this is my first one. While trying to figure out all the bells and whistles, I noticed that when I try to scan, the screen will say "123456789-All Channels Locked!"

I can't find anything in the booklet that will solve this problem. What do I do?

Do you have any frequencies programmed into the scanner??

I am new to scanning myseld and had the exact same problem. I manually went through the channels and discovered they all had an "L". I simply pressed the L/OUT key fo each channel channel. See page 45 of the manual.
