I have a Radio Shack PRO-94 handheld scanner and on bank A I have 500 frequencies and now I want to put in 500 frequencies on bank B. How do I go about doing this?

If it is currently scanning, press MAN to stop.

Then, press and hold down the HOLD (aka A/B) key for about 2 seconds or so, and it should switch to the "B" side. Continue programming like you normally would. Kind of like switching between two scanners in one box.. :)

N1BHH- I know that I can only scan 500 frequencies at a time.I did what hertzian told me to do.If the scanner is scanning press manual then hold the A/B key down and it should switch to B bank.
It did switch to the B bank but there are frequencies already programmed.Shouldn't the B bank have
nothing but zeros?

If you have owned it since it was new, you are correct. But, does it matter? Just put in the freqs. you want. They should overwrite what's in there.
