Problem with RR Web Query with PSR Edit

I went the Import tab at the top and the window came up as usual. I hit the the Query button, no problem. My default country is US. Went to choose a state, drop down menu was completely blank.

What's my problem?

Nevermind, I'm stupid. I just realized there was a new software release.
