According to the manual, the pro 91 does not do ltr trunking. Heres a fax back document

PRO-91 150-Channel Handheld Trunking Scanner
(200-0521) Trunk Tracking Faxback Doc. # 48461

Your scanner is designed to track transmissions on Motorola Type I, Type
ll, and hybrid analog trunking systems, which are extensively used in 800
MHz communications. Remember these important points when tracking
transmissions:

Your scanner monitors Type II systems by default. However you can
change this if the system in your area is different (see "Types of
Trunking Systems" below and "Scanning Type I and Hybrid Trunked Systems"
below for more information).

Your scanner cannot track transmissions on non-Motorola trunking
systems.

Your scanner cannot track an 800 MHz trunked system and scan
conventional frequencies at the same time.

question

Then how come it has Ltr as a option as trunking on my scanner?

Second thread by the same poster on the same topic. In the other thread he said he had a PRO-97. I gave him a couple of things to check out to see if the system is trackable and if he has enough information to program the scanner properly. Evidently more hand-holding is desired.

I think we need to clear this up. n2fg says you have a pro 97.
you say you have a pro 91. If its a pro 97, then you have a scanner
that can do ltr. If you have a pro 91, then you cannot scan a ltr
system.

The biggest problem I have had with a pro 97 is that the
channel list starts at 0. You need to start your programming
at channel 1.

Give it a try after you determine what model you actually have.
