Problem with Win 96

I am getting a window pop up saying There is an error in XML document (1,1324). This happens when I try to access the data base for trunking and doesn't happen when I choose conventional. I have version 01.63. Thanks for any help.

From the win96 website:

Upgrading from a previous version
To upgrade, merely download the new version of the ZIP file and extract its contents into the same folder where you currently run Win96, overwriting the older version. If you're a registered user, your registration will not be affected.
