have a home patrol II so far no radio reference updates .

I also have a BCD 996P2 using ProScan
I don’t see the required button or boxes to make the changes.
Also on this thread where they listed control channels there is a question mark next to them .

I guess everything is still in flux and have to wait for radio reference to update and pay for another membership.

On the Home Patrol II you can update the database using Sentinel for free.

If this is in reference to the SD City rebanding, the people with the access to modify the database have not yet done so, therefor any program which uses the RRdb for updating a scanner will not update correctly at this time.

As for the ? next to the control channels, ignore the ?, those are the current and correct control channels for the rebanded SD City 800MHz system. Replace the old ones wiht the new ones, and manually set the system/site for SD City as STANDARD (default) instead of splinter. Select SET REBAND for older Whistler GRE or Radio Shack models.
