Hi all. Does anyone know all about 23Hz rtty and the Winwarbler decoder software. I have been sucessfully using this program for sending and receiving standard 170Hz shift RTTY with no problems but I recently tried to receive 23Hz shift RTTY on the 15m and 12m bands. I have tried tweeking all the settings without sucess.
If I transmitt from Winwarbler in the 23Hz rtty mode to an audio recorder and then play it back to the decoder, it works ok.
I am using a Yaesu FT-897 connected to my computers sound card. I presume the amateur 23Hz RTTY protocol is 45.45 Baud 5bit 1 stop bit, Any help greatly appreciated.
