problems loading data with scancat lite pro-197

Hi All,
I have a Radio Shack Pro-197 and the usb programing cable with the driver install disk. I also bought the Scancat lite software. The problem is i load up the program, it sends the data to the radio. Than it reads nothing enable. Has anybody had this problem?

Ditch that Scancrap software and use it for a cup holder. Not much use beyond that. The big 3 for this scanner are ARC500, PSRedit500 or Win500. The links for these packages are here...
