Problems receiving Riverside County Fire - Moreno valley

Has something changed with Riverside County Fire Frequencies? In the past 10 days in Moreno valley I've been only able to hear RRU 151.385 spotty. On my base station RRU comes in weak. In the past RRU was loud and clear.

I'm listening to it right now--west end of town near the mall--and it sounds just fine. Maybe the Box Springs repeater site was down for maintenance or something. Keep in mind that they have several repeaters, some of which don't always come in loud and clear out here.
