Problems with Stuben, NY Freq's & Pro-96

OK when I enter the Frequencies they load fine but when you go to back to scanning it just freezes at the bank they are in and it does not scan this is the only bank that does not work tho ...

any help ?

Sounds like you have a scanner problem, not a New York scanning problem. Try the forum for whatever kind of scanner you are using.
