Progaming Weather Radio alert into Radio

Does anyone know how to set up a Quick Call II alert on a Motorola HT1550 to go off when the NWS sends out an alert? On their website, the alert is a 1000hz tone. I've already have a weather channel set up so it only activates (opens up) when an alert is recieved.And I've set up a QCII for a "long A" @ 1000 hz...but, its not working. I'm not quite sure how to set up this particular QCII... has anyone done this or know how to?? Thanks!

Yes, I'm sorry, I checked back in my codeplug, and I did have it programmed as 1050 hz... Sorry about that...
