program a unit uid into a channel

butel software pro radio 996xt,program a unit id into a channel,you can sssign an alpha to the unit id.need instructions for alpha tagging unit id.

I use FreeSCAN, not sure if the following will work with butel software but you can try it.
In the Trunked system Create a Group and name it TGID. Set the Quick key to " . "
Here is an example, Under Display enter P-304 , under TGID enter i51512. (use your own Alpha Tag and TGID numbers)
