Could some one please help program a RS-96 for Mesa , Tempe , Chandler , Gilbert , A.J. , Phx. for all old and new Fire and Police for these cities , Thanks

Mesa and Gilbert are on the PRWN system - have fun with Mesa (It's a bugger).
