The file that you uploaded contains systems and groups but no frequencies or talkgroup IDs. I don't know if that information is in the scanner and just didn't transfer to Freescan or if it isn't in the scanner at all.

If you're hearing those systems in scan mode, then the info is apparently in the scanner and just didn't transfer. If not, you may hear some transmissions in search mode, but will need to reprogram to hear things properly.

rvictor is correct; there's nothing in several groups and trunking frequencies in your file. Why you got this is a mystery, as is why you would need to try to program all of this at once (When you're new with something like this, it's smart to do 2 or 3 systems at a time to build up your knowledge base). The other problem here is that you don't have any quick keys active and/or enabled in several cases. That's something you need to do manually; the RR web process cannot handle this.. The concept of quick keys is often confusing for newcomers, and it frequently trips people up. Take a look at the Easier to Read (anything in blue is a link) manual for a pretty reasonable explanation.

I would go to the Eastern Canada forum and ask for a FreeScan file for the region(s) you want. Remember that you can also import UASD and ARC files as a source. That's where you are likely to get the best help - from the locals. 73 Mike
