Program PRO96 using win96 forDCPD

I put in all the 460. freq listed in the database.I didn't enter the base freq 458.775. I entered all the talk groups I wanted. When I get a transmettion the screeen on the 96 reads DC PD over DC PD. I get no talk group info. Using the win96 what do I do to correct this problem.

Sounds like it could be a base/offset issue. I think you have to turn on "custom tables" and enter that data. You could also download a .p96 file for MPD that's known to be correct, and compare them. There are some here:

dc2wheel thanks a lot. I have the freq it is just trying to properly intering them into the p96.I was in town last night and recieved a lot of PD talk but unabel to know what Talk Group it was. The bottum line on the P96 said DC PD
